What we collect

• Public business information, such as business name, trade, area served, opening hours, public phone number and review ratings, taken from public listings like Google Maps, Facebook and Companies House, so we can build a preview website.
• What you send us through our form or by email: your name, email, phone number and business details.
• Customer records if you sign up: billing details handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and what we need to run your website.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• To build a preview and contact a business about it once by post or email: legitimate interests in offering a relevant service to local businesses. We only email limited companies without prior consent, and every message lets you opt out.
• To send you a preview you asked for: consent.
• To run your website and take payment: contract.

How long we keep it

Previews and prospect details are deleted within 60 days if you don't take up the offer, or straight away if you ask. Customer records are kept for as long as you're a customer and then for 6 years for tax purposes.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run ReadyFront: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Zoho (email) and Stannp (printing and posting letters). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us contacting you, at any time. Just email [email protected] or reply "stop" to any message. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
